The Joy of Moving (Yoga with Zoe Redfearn)
Over 16s only please. The session is open to any ability level, from a newbie to an experience yogi, all asana`s (postures) can be modified to suit all levels. We will be moving from the floor to standing, so some degree of mobility is required, although we can use chairs for support. Perfect if you want to improve your strength and flexibility and bring a calmness and positivity into your life.
Mats and blocks will be provided.
Two sessions, from 12.15 – 1pm and 2.30 – 3.30pm.
