Taster sessions of a Chair Pilates class, using a chair for additional support. Exercises will be completed from a seated position. Exercises will focus on increasing strength, mobilising joints, and developing flexibility, all working towards maintaining a functional physical outlook. Come and join us for this taster session to see what it’s all about and find out about the benefits of Pilates.
Chair Pilates can work well for everyone, including those with reduced mobility. There are always a range of options for each exercise; you can do as much or as little of what works for you and your body on the day. Suitable for adults of 16+. No prior experience necessary. Chairs provided!
Two sessions, 10.30 – 11am and 2.45 – 3.15pm.
