My name is Hannah and I am a Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher based in Brightlingsea. My aim is to teach a style of yoga that encourages you to feel free, confident and in control of your body and your mind, as well as connected to others and the wider world. Aside from yoga, I work for an international charity and enjoy travelling, walking and hugging (the thing I miss these days!)
What you will need: Wear anything you like, as long as you can move around comfortably. If you have a mat that is great, but not essential if it is your first time and you just want to give it a go without the purchase. Have a blanket and at least two cushions handy for padding and support.
And finally, set your space up nicely, clear the area of any clutter and even dim the lights or light a candle to help create a relaxing vibe!
