Have you ran a 5k or 10k before? If not no worries, Runners of Brightlingsea have a wellbeing event in February and it’s not to late to start running and join them.
Please note the run is a group community run and not an official race, and you will not be timed or measured.
We also have a wellbeing event after at the sailing club – an amazing opportunity to meet and talk to physios, massage therapists, etc and also have some refreshments and a post run stretch.
Both the 5K and the 10K runs start at 9am. The well-being event starts at 10am and runs until to 2pm
